TOOTHING TYPES

SMALL PITCH The small pitch toothing is mainly used for fine maching and craftmanship in precision metals.

LARGE PITCH The large pitch toothing, with teeth alternatively high and low, is used for cutting big sections. The high teeth are provided with chamfers for chip breaking.

PITCH GUIDE

Black Dots are the preferable selctions, with the Outlined Dots are possible solutions taking the relevant precautions.

•   On cut-off machines with automatic feed - Bigger Pitches can be used, provided the synchronization is correct

HOW TO OBTAIN GOOD PERFORMANCE

• Resharpen in due time, using the proper method OR better still let us Schedule Resharpening
• Use the tooth pitch suitable for the section and material
• Appropriate cutting speed
• Use an adequate lubricating coolant
• Avoid lateral pick-up on the saw blade
